Just try this once... pour a couple inch circle of molasses on a plate. Put a 2 tablespoon piece of butter in the middle and mash it all together with a fork. Then spread it on a bisquit.

Based on your Wing Recipe I will give this a try next time I am back home and can get some premium stuff.
