The only issue I see is the underaged drinking. Lot's of liabilities involved with it. You can't use the argument that she is of legal age to drink when she is at home so she should be exempted from the law's of where she is currently. Does that mean she should be allowed to drive to the US and be able to drink at 18 instead of following the US law of 21? As far as the cigars are concerned, that part is pretty hot.
