Roadkilled Deer/Possessing Wildlife: It is unlawful at any time topossess live wildlife, except foxes for which a permit has been issued,or animals, or parts of animals, killed on highways. Thanks. I've heard of people getting in trouble for taking the deer, but didn't know there was a way to make it legal.
