Yummm!!!!

I don't sauce either. One person I gave them to thought I did. Maybe next time to prevent the burnt ends cook them on their sides rolled up. Heard that works.

PS - send me the leftovers.

I've seen them cooked that way and as far as I know they turn out fine. The ends were very thin meat and probably should have been trimmed from the start.

It always seems that the more you BBQ, the more things you find that you can do better. Always in search of that perfect cook.
