Man, I remember back in the days before wireless headsets, I sat next to a bodybuilder who ate protein sups, bananas, eqqs, etc. literally every 2 hours. His favorite work pastime was waiting for one of the engineers to get on a conference call. He would then proceed to enter their office, drop multiple nukes then, smiling ear to ear, walk out of the office closing the door behind him.

Just getrting to this thread, but wanted to pffer a few opinions:
They make a good yogurt - not as much methane produced. The cereal will hurt you (and others) my favorite: 2 bars on an empty stomach...with 2 apples shortly after. GREAT results will happen!!
