Fiber One and work
Yep, here I am again, fighting of the effects of Fiber One bars. Those 1.4 oz bars can produce 90 lbs of CO2 in a day's time. They must be a miracle of modern science. The doc told me to add more fiber to my diet so the wife's been buying these things for a while. They're tasty as hell, but my gracious, do they wreck me. I spend an hour a day crop dusting the hallways. I figured I'd eventually get used to them. Not. It sucks when you're stuck somewhere, your gut's boiling, and you have no where to degas. Late afternoon meetings kill me.

Man, I made the mistake (a BIG one) of taking some of those on a backpacking trip with me once. Between the fiber bars and the wild blueberries we were picking trailside...whew!

Re: Fiber One and work
FWIW, I had two bowls of the Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal this morning for breakfast and it has the same effect on me. I've been getting dirty looks from the dogs all day long.

Re: Fiber One and work
Fiber one farts are the worst. Imagine being a teacher, teaching 90 minute periods. I remember being in band, and just yelling at the kids, "PLAY LOUD!!! LOUDER!!!"
