Camacho- Comancho
LFD Oscuro Especial- "The Oily Wrapper One"
Cigar Aficionado- Cigar A-fish-e-an-do
Avo- A-V-O (like CAO)
Tatuaje- Ta-too-a-jay
Jesus Fuego- "Jesus Fire" (OK... I started that one!)

I forgot the Hoooey Hoooey Hooos. (Parodi/Backwoods) lumped into that category
