Ahh, yes. Columbia House record and tape club. We used to sign up the principal's kids so we could get our free albums.

My Brother in Law back in the early 70's bought a console stereo from the local department store. As part of the sale, he had to select 500 8 track tapes from a list. That's a good size pile of tapes.
