Pocket Knife Discussion Thread My foody BIL gave me a Dexter Russell probably 25 years ago. Doesn't give you the precision angled sharpening of a system but with appropriate pressure for a given steel plus a strop it does everything I want. Standing it vertically on the ends makes it possible to very closely replicate your angles from one side to the other of the rods.
