I use a set of Harbinger gloves. Fairly affordable and they have done me well thus far. Then again im a novice, but they have been a big help to me and my jacked up hands. Lol

I have gone through a couple pairs from them with full wrist straps, no complaints.

Maybe a little overkill for what you are looking for though Kristin.

The straps are nice for doing shoulder shrugs when my hands are exhausted cause I can wrap them around a straight bar and use less grip strength. I have girl hands so...
