This is what happened to me one day and how I fixed it....this plan would NOT work for you, but it sure worked for ME...

You could also smoke a different cigar and save a piece of the wrapper off of the butt, smear
it with HONEY and stick it onto the damaged area. Screw letting it dry, you've got HONEY!

Never throw a damaged cigar (beyond repair) away. Keep it in the humi as you would a band aid. I have some el cheapo cigars that I use the wrapper from in the event of damage.
