I think if you're not an LEO or have never been an LEO, to presume that he was "gun-ho" or poorly trained is wrong.

Respond to a 911 and be prepared for anything. Or end up shot by someone acting like nothing is wrong.

So you just pull your gun on someone on every call you go to?
