I think it matters where you are on the slope to consider it cheaper . Commercial 1kg roaster in the garage, 4 burr grinders, espresso machine soon to be upgraded to a commercial machine, many different brew machines, 235lbs of greens stored in the basement, and I still need a moisture meter, finish my data logger for the roaster, and wouldn't mind a refractometer to zero in on the perfect extractions.

LOL, well OCD has everything to do with making excellent coffee, from the search from the farm to the roaster to the brewer, and i have the ultimate control to have the best of the best. Nothing like a ten year old aged CC (of course I aged those myself) to go with any part of the coffee OCD.
