Roxy Painting.. NEED FEEDBACK

The latest version reminds me a lot of the old cigarsmokeeasy.com logo. I was going to link to their website, but it seems to be gone now, so maybe they went out of business or something. I don't think I saved any of their cigar bands or anything with their logo on it, unfortunately.

I don't see much of any similarity.
