EJ, me and you are on the same path, Jan 1st I weighed 229...down to 223, want to get back to 200 Lbs.

Down to 206.5 this morning(10:00 AM). Don't know where I am going to sneak in a workout today(a lot of kids sporting events today), but it will be done!

Down 16ish lbs....feeling great...
