Good timing...with my daughter off to school we got room!....

Man, finished the paella last nite..leftovers were "off the chain"...

Looks fantastic WITH the peas!!! I have been wanting to try this but haven't had the "kahoonas". For some reason it intimidates me and I don't have a Paella pan. Have to do some research. Thanks for sharing. Steve
