I do NOT think Cabaiguans taste like Bolivars. Not even close. But, as I am sure you are well aware, there is a lot that goes into individual taste profiles. There is a Kobe beef hamburger that is served in NYC. I don't drink, so I can't comment on a screw top wine bottle. I am not interested in engaging in a Moki/Fredster challenge. Also, I am sure you could dig up a post on puff.com where I thought a RyJ Casadores was NC... based on the overwhelming power, I still don't like them. ![]() But in all seriousness, taste is subjective. That's why I asked what profile the OP was shooting for. It makes the searching a bit more refined. Keep in mind though, one person could taste cinnamon where another persons mental link puts that as a earthy or sweet taste. IMO (bolded for clarity) I would say the distinction between Cuban and NC has been getting less and less.
