Just did Plyometrics Cardio Circuit. I am starting to sweat much sooner and much more...does that mean my body is getting 'into the workout mode' rather than storing energy?? I noticed the first couple workouts I saw the people on TV sweating up a storm and I wasnt really...now I am.
I think I am going to goto the store and get a heart monitor. Gonna weigh in on Wed, see how I am doing.

![]() I highly recommend this, especially for Insanity, it's another good way to track your progress and it just keeps you safe. I was surprised that I hit my max HR for the session during the warm-up.
