Default What's roasting home roasters?

Just finished one of my favorite blends.

Roaster: Behmor 1600

Beans: Sweet Marias Liquid Amber Espresso.

This is a "pungent and potent blend", that I love to roast into second crack, almost Vienna.
Longer than I normally roast, and going into a rolling second crack, I never leave the roaster as things heat up quickly and a fire risk is always present.
I roast this one on profile C on my behmor and the roast is a long one at 22 minutes, with first crack starting around 15 minutes into roast, second crack starting around 21 minutes and by 22 minutes, I am in cooldown with a rolling second crack and plenty of pungent smoke.

Once finished, after a 2-3 day rest, this blend really shines and hits it's peak around 5-8 days after roast.
Of all the blends I have roasted, Liquid Amber Espresso blend really suits my latte drinks perfectly. It really has a smooth spiciness that leaves a long aftertaste.

On a scale from 1-10, this one is a solid 8.
