Exact words I emailed to the "brains" behind it and included the facepalm picture at the end: “I am very proud this strategy sets us apart and that, even its language, 'Makers, All,' is not replicable by any other institution," said Teri Lucie Thompson, Purdue's vice president for marketing and media.” You are right about one thing. It’s not replicable by any other institution because everyone else would have realized how stupid it really sounds. I’m embarrassed that anyone had the audacity to believe this is the best branding that could be given to Purdue. |
