Default Any sympathy for South Florida?

Wednesday morning low expected to be around 40 degrees.
They say we may even see freezing temps inland.
Now you cold places folks are wondering why we are complaining about such heatwaves but that is darn, darn cold for us.
I have to pull out my down coat for this one.

I pray for some snow, that's what you get for taking the piss last week, showing the pictures of your new palmtree. Karma is a biatch baby

Sympathy hell. I was in Orlando last week and froze my butt off, while back home in Cali they were having a heat wave in the 80's.

Thought I'd be able to soak up some Florida rays. Just no truth in advertising!

I love it.
If you see a teeny-tiny little silver sports car blow by you with the top off and a guy that looks like this: That's me enjoying this cool weather.
I know the 'fry an egg on the sidwalk' and 100% humidity days are all too close.
Oh, and savings on A/C bills don't hurt either!

Been snowing herre all day. After the cold early last week, 24 feels great.

Do they even sell down coats down there or did you have to order it?

I can't believe it.
My A/C has not worked all day.
House got up to 75 but I have it set to kick on if it hits 76.
So........put some extra cash for cigars in my pocket today.
More cash to come in the next couple of day.
Hurray!!!

Ill give ya some sympathy Carlos, since the frost is a bear for the citrus industry down South.

But thats it - last week, my thermometer read -20. Thats still a pretty good spread in favor of South Florida. The 10 minute walk from the train to the office downtown caused my nostril passages to freeze and nasal drippings to solidify over the upper lip... The first minute of exposure is OK, then it is survival mode...
