Default What Tom can, I can do better

Tom made an appearance on some shabby channel nobody watches, but yesterday evening I got several phonecalls from friends that I was on national television, prime time. So Tom, eat your heart out

proof:

http://player.omroep.nl/?aflID=8588133

after 6 seconds in the intro you see me (blue coat, glasses) grabbing a kroket out off the wall and looking into the camera.

this is the still

ok Tom, the outdoor channel probably has more viewers then Dutch national television, just wanted to chop your balls

I saw the camera, backed up hoping they would have missed the shot and I made sure I kept out of the camera's range untill they left. I suppose I wasn't quick enough.

Now they didn't ask permission, I feel a law suit coming up

I'd be careful there, Tom might just pick you up and body slam you into Lake Michigan.

Nice mug shot there.

I have to dig up my classics.
I was interviewed by NY's channel 9 in '86 as the first Giants fan on the field, in 7 degrees and ice, to wait for the celebration the next morning.

Then about four years ago, I was interviewed by Telemundo and broadcast worldwide. I was there as an insurance industry expert to discuss insurance fraud, in Spanish. Turns out more people saw me that morning than the three major networks' morning shows audiences combined. Glad they didn't tell me that beforehand.

Cool times when those things happen.

A kroket!?

Would that be the little round orange object, or the large round blue object?
