There are a t on of demos you can download in the xbox live marketplace.

what games do you have right now?

and to get to the demos, go up till you see
game marketplace click that
go up to game demos

great screenname..hahaha idk about xbox live but on the ps3 i just go into the free demo area and dl what is popular I am sure it is the same concepts sicne they compete for the same demographics..also..find some online games like COD WaW and hook up to shoot'em up.

They have game demos, game content and movie trailers.
You can also watch movies and tv show, though you have to pay for that.

Well as a NON gold member you can still download most demos and demo movies and such...but to play with others you have to have a gold membership. I personally dont have a gold membership but I do like being able to try demos. Ive heard the ps3 online stuff is all free though.
