The best Bloody Mary
What with New Years rapidly approaching, it seems to me that we need some recipes for the bestest Bloody Mary drinks in the world. I don't have one very often, but New Years Day is a tradition. I don't have anything resembling a good recipe, so am asking the asylum to post their best here.
So, what's yours?

Re: The best Bloody Mary
Simple.
Vodka, as much as you need. Beefmato Juice. Pickapeppa Sauce. Several dashes Tobasco Sauce. Several Dashes Pepper. A slice of lime. Served over ice. Father in laws recipe, and by far the best I've ever had.

Re: The best Bloody Mary
I prefer to use clamato ( its actually a Cesar) I prefer horseradish and always pretty much serve a salad with it. Pepproncini, shrimp, celery, stuffed olive. On occasion I will use a pearl onion, pickled green bean or asparagus. As to quantities, I think it is of personal taste. You can also use beef bullion and make a bloody bull. Dont forget black pepper, lime, celery salt and worstershire
sauce.

Shake vigorously. Strain over ice cubes into a highball glass and add a lime wedge I like 'em spicy! |

Re: The best Bloody Mary
In a pint beer glass:
Prepared horseradish 1/2 - 1 teaspoon (not cream style) 2-3 shakes Worcestershire sauce 5-6 shakes of pepper sauce, (Tabasco etc) 1/4 - 1/2 lime squeeze out the juice, throw the lime in too 1-2 jiggers of GIN Seagrams, Boodles, Gordons, etc. (save the expensive stuff for the martinis) V8 juice, cold is better (save room for the ice) Stir and add ice cubes & celery stalk Top with fresh pepper and Lawry's seasoned salt
