Default New Havana Cigars

Has anyone tried their house blend cigars? If so, could you share your impressions of them?

I've been curious about them for a while, but haven't pulled the trigger for one reason or another, but they seemed to be priced decently

anyone?

I bought some fivers of the EL02, EL03, EL04 and EL05 cigars a while back but haven't tried them yet. I got them based on discussions and high praise elsewhere. I'll try one soon.

I can vouch for their House EL blend. The new ELO I don't know anything about. The EL however is a fine stick at a great price.

Have smoked both the ELO 4 and 5 - the ELO 5 is a great little stick -much like the Illusione 68 or MK 5 - power and flavor -good construction and burn. Went thru 25 in short order.

The New Havana House Blend EL's are one of my favorite cigars HANDS-DOWN!! Phenomenal through the nose, delicious flavor that leaves the palate fresh, even after the bold taste, great construction, firm ash, straight burn (like a cuban), slightly raised veins on the colorado color wrapper, floral bold dynamic taste...

The ELO's are totally different, and are overruns from one of our favorite cigar makers.

I haven't tried the ELs, but as TomHagen says, the ELOs are overruns from a favorite vendor and are very good.

Go for it! The EL's are tremendous. I had a robusto on Monday and a CG today.

I don't have a budget, I think you need $ to have a budget

I don't even know if the EL's do. I would hope they do as that is very sweet indeed. I have only ordered the sampler pack and all 3 EL's were great, Dan gave me #6 (different blend) which was very good as well.

Wow, blast from the past, a 7 month old thread suddenly resurrected. ELO's are a great smoke though.
