To or from work I usually only have time for a Partagas Chicos . On a much longer drive usually an 898 . I was actually thinking that when I retire from my current job I might look for a local truck driving job just so I could smoke in my work place . I just don't have the time during cold months to smoke enough cigars .

I usually try and smoke lower end sticks while driving. With the window cracked and the cigar resting in my hand I almost always get an uneven burn while driving. So rather than get pissed about it I just smoke cheaper sticks so it won't bother me as much. I usually smoke in the mornings on the way to work so lately I have been smoking Taboo EBIIs, CI Legends Series Perdomos, and Pepin Black Perlas.

If I was driving a long distance, anything would be fair game. If I am going to smoke something on a typical drive though, it has been an Oliva Special G Maduro.

I took a road trip earlier this year from Milwaukee to Albuquerque.

Took along a cab of Party Shorts. Tasty lil buggers. And they're a short enough smoke that they fit in between stops.

Man O' War and Sol Cubano lately. Enough flavor to keep you interested and cheap enough if you need to pitch it.

I don't typically have a long drive to make on a regular basis. Only live 5 miles from work and friends and family are only a 15 minute commute. If I am going somewhere that I can't smoke and have plans on being there a while, I'll pass on a cigar. If I can smoke where I am going, then I'll grab whatever I am in the mood for.

Before I moved to Reading I was traveling down to a cigar shop in Exton, PA. The commute took me about 45 minutes and I always smoked an Oliva Serie G Belicoso. The cigar was inexpensive, burned well, and had great flavor. The best part about it was that the stick lasted 45 minutes in the car. When I pulled up at the shop it was time to set down the cigar and get ready for another.

I typed this long post about my 1993 RX7 and all the memories over the years. Then reread the thread title... Cigar.. oh.

Don't have one. Just glad I'm still allowed to smoke in mine.. the boss lady is so benevolent.

I just got a box of RP Edge Corojo torpedos and I do believe this would be a perfect car cigar for me. I only live about 10 minutes from work!! Needless to say, sometimes I drive real slow and take the scenic route!!
