Default Roger Williams, pianist, dies. R.I.P.

He was still playing till the end. "Autumn Leaves" and "Born Free" were some of his most memorable hits. He made a lot of sound come out of a piano. My dad used to play his albums all the time.

One of my favorite Roger Williams albums was his Yellow Bird album. Still have it in one of my boxes of vinyl. RIP Sir, you have given me many hours of pleasure.

Truly a loss for the musical community. My father, too, first introduced me to his music when I was a boy. Steinway even named a series of grand pianos after him. Bad ass!
