I have very mixed feelings about this.
It sends a message, it's not just a fine (that creates unpleasant tastes in many mouths for different reasons) But at the same time, what do you do if I'm blaring Manilow? It's borderline unusual.. Do 2 wrongs make a right? I just have mixed feelings over the creative sentencing. |
