Sts-135
Anyone going to see the launch? We had plans to get into the condo we're staying at in Ormond-by-the-sea on Saturday, but I think we're gonna head down early to catch a view of the launch.
I know a family that live in Melbourne, but they aren't home, and I'm sure it will be INSANE anywhere within 20-30 miles of the Cape. I know on a clear day you can see the shuttle from Ormond, but if anyone has better ideas to get closer without having to deal with literally 1 million other people, let me know! We'll probably plan on getting to the area sometime early Friday morning, it's a long drive from Ohio!

We said screw it, and went to the bridge in Titusville with all the other crazy people. It was WELL worth the hassle.

I thought this 360 view of the flight deck was pretty cool. Seems like I've seen this before somewhere, but it's worth another look. All this and the seats don't look all that comfortable.

Holy chit!! Look at all those switch, buttons, and knobs. It's a wonder the thing ever gets off the ground.
