Default Tat SODO Review

http://cigarhabanero1.blogspot.com/2...odo-blend.html This Site Gives A Better Description Of The Cigar Than I Can.

I Received A Nice "6'er" Of These Sticks Thanks To "PapaJohn"- Thanks, Brother!

I'm A Certified Tat Whore, So I Decided To Fire This Stick Up This Afternoon After It Had Rested In My Humi @ 65-66 RH Since 11/15/10.

Initial Appearance is A Rustic, Dark Cigar With A Nice Pigtail Triple Cap.

Initial Draw Revealed A "In Your Face" Blast Of Salty, Briny Taste & Pepper!

Burn & Draw Were Perfect Throughout The Smoke.

2nd Third: The Cigar Mellowed Quite A Bit After The First 4-5 Puffs, Revealing A Nice Tanginess, Cocoa, & Hickory Flavor.

Here's A Pic Of My Trusty Lighter, Xikar Cutter, & Magic Hat #9 Brew!

Last 1/3 To The Nub The Taste Changed Again To More Pepper & Salt With Just A Touch Of Tanginess.

I Know You Northern BOTLS Will Get A Kick Out Of This; But This Southern Boy Is "Cold" @ 50* Outside! Here'e Some Pics Of My "Warmers"!

Overall, A Very Nice, "Different" Tat, IMO. A Little Drier, Salty, Peppery Flavor Profile That Was Very Good & Lasted For 1Hr. Even. Any Other Opinions Of This Stick?

Thanks For Looking!

Great review! I have a 5'er of these sitting in the humi as well. Really looking forward to lighting one of these up. Maybe this weekend...

The warming devices look good to me... whatever works!

Nice review Greg!

I may try to hunt some of these guys down...

How would you compare them to the original release El Triunfadors?

Supposedly A Totally Different Blend, Tony. Pete Just Put The "El Triunfador Band On It, I Think. This Release Has A Little More "Cocoa" Flavor, IMO.

Damn!

I'm sure it will be impossible to track a box of these down, it sounds like it is right up my alley too...

Can't find it on the website I see a few 'triple flames' but they don't look like that. It looks square in the picture, is it?

edit> found it someplace else, called the 'New York', JetLine New York Red Triple Flame Torch Lighter

I like it, caught my eye, like the 'squareness' and now that I know it's dependable........

I have the same lighter. One of the benefits is the lighter holds a large amount of fuel. So, when your wife takes your lighter and tries to start a fire by holding the flame up to a 1ft diameter log... you will still have enough fuel to light your stogie afterwords...
