Default Drag Racing or cars in general

Just wanted to see who all out there is a car fan. It is another expensive hobby that i have.

I own an 04 Mustang GT modded. I go to the track quite often during the racing season and have fun with it. To date my best run is a 12.88 at 112 mph.

Back in the days before wife, kids and mortgage... I had a '72 Cuda, 440, with a ford 9" rear end tubbed for slicks full roll cage. It went through various top ends, six pack, single 4 barrell duals... what ever I could get my hands on.
A lot of fun, but it got way to expensive.

Car addict here.

My camaro ran a 12.9 with just an intake.
Civic ran 13.5 with an awful 2.3 60ft and around 15 less WHP.
I hit a few race days each year in the honda.

I much more enjoy the road racing but it does add up fast in price.

what do you have done to your ls1? I got a 93 formula lt1 project car in the works.

Mike I edited some pics in.

It's a 99z28 with the Ls1, 6spd t56. The LS1 now just has a full catback. I started on suspension work then stopped modding my daily. I have a full 224 straight up cam sitting but no time to do a cam swap on my daily.

The honda is a 91 civic with more done to it then I'd like to remember lol. Basiclly custom speced Koni Dampers, custom rated springs on it on adjustable perches, the bushings are either poly or heim joints. The motor is a "lsvtec" A 1.8L dual over head cam motor. It's at 11.5:1 comp ratio with R spec cams, I have larger cams but I need a drive train for that. That's a very shorten list on it.

I do have a lid, I'm sorry I meant to say I have just a full catback added since my last track time.
