Got my new job!!!!
I work for Costco in Southern Maryland and I put in a transfer request to a new store that is opening up just south of Chatanooga, TN. I've been waiting for about 11 weeks but it finally got approved today! Jobs down south are hard to come by, they had over 10,000 walk up applications and a couple hundred transfer requests.
It's a whole lot cheaper to live down there than in Maryland so my wife will quit work and stay at home with the rug rats. Wish me luck not only with the job but having to put up with the wife around every day Now to pick out a special cigar to celebrate!!!! Fundy, Lancero, Opus coffin... maybe crack open the Sir Winstons!!!!!

Congrats Tim! I'm from Maryland and can attest to the ridiculous prices of everything there. Never been to Tenn. but I can only imagine how nice it is there!

What town exactly are you moving to? Dalton? |

We're looking in Walker and Catoosa counties. Not sure yet but we've got a couple possible houses lined up.
