Salsa making time!!!!

Time to make the salsa lots of work but the end result is worth it.
!25 lbs tomatoes, 8 giant onions, 4 lbs of peppers , some canning salt , sugar and a little white vinegar.

I love making salsa. Great picture.

I use

4-5 tomatoes chopped with no seeds
fresh jalapeno to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 1/2 red onion
Juice from 1/2 lime
salt to taste
