Re: Couple of photos to help identify a cigar
The other two are for reference ... the one on the right i think is the Los Imperialista Corona Gorda and the one in the middle is a cohiba. the cello looked pretty yellow on the cohiba, any idea on the age?

The Cohiba "red dot" first appeared in 1997, so it wouldn't be older than that.

Yes. Cohiba "Red Dot" came out in 1997. However, what you show in the photo is a Cohiba Black. From a Google search:
Manufacturer: General Cigar. • Wrapper: Connecticut Broadleaf • Binder: Dominican Republic • Filler: Dominican Republic, Mexico • Handmade in Dominican Republic Cohiba Black Cigars where introduced in 2006. It features a Connecticut Broadleaf Wrapper with a blend of three year old tobaccos. Most of the sizes are offered in boxes of 20.

I bought it in Jul 2009 though.... I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what that maduro is! Wait I know! I remember! Tell you what let's make this fun James! Even if you've never done one before put up a BTT thread and do a review! I'll tell you at the end! *lol* I remember now! Naaaah, Naaah, Nah, Naaah, Naaaaaaah! |
