I am amazed at how criminally STUPID a large number (if not majority) of our congress people are, on either side of the aisle. You have to wonder how they get elected.

I saw a cigar vending machine in a rest stop somewhere between Pittsburgh and NYC. That was almost 10 years ago.

RFC 1149 (Avian Carriers) is a classic! I remember when that first came out RFC 1925 is true for any technology, project, business, etc. Too bad people don't pay attention to it

Last thing my wife said before leaving the house for Cleveland yesterday was "Don't prank anyone TOO hard".

A few hours later, while she was engrossed with new babies, I texted her saying that our son was kicked off his hockey team for being too reckless. I went into great detail, and surprisingly she bought it.

After her response to me about how the coach owed us an explanation, our money back, and how pissed she was, I quickly replied with the "April Fools!" and was promptly greeted with the reply: "You owe me dinner and a back rub. I was so pissed I almost called the coach right there!"

I never thought she would fall for it, especially with the supposed reasons for being kicked off the team, our coach wants our boys to let loose and be physical! But buy it she did, and even though I rubbed her feet when she got home last night, I am still on the hook for that dinner and aforementioned back rub!
