Te-Amo question
One of my students gifted me a Te-Amo from his trip to Mexico over the Christmas break. It's a Te-Amo world selection series "Cuba blend." My student tells me it's all cuban tobacco imported and rolled in Mexico. Anyone have any experience with this blend? What should I expect?

Re: Te-Amo question
It might be cuban seed tobacco but I can guarantee 100% it is not cuban tobacco in that cigar.
Cuba does not export tobacco to be rolled by another company.

Re: Te-Amo question
It's not cuban at all. It's wrapper and filler is from Nica and the binder is Mexican. I had one last week and thought it just, meh. Ok but nothing I would search for.

Re: Te-Amo question
Thanks for the replies. I had my doubts about the validity of my student's story. It was fun to see him get so worked up when telling the story of how he, an 18 year old kid from the states, managed to smuggle an entire box of illegal Cubans back into Texas.
He's going back as a graduation gift this summer. I may need to send him with a list of CCs to try.
