Question Cuban Crafters Cigars

Has anyone tried Cuban Crafters Cigars. I am looking at their Arte Cubano Cigars. Any thoughts. I am looking for a cheap smoke (i am on a budget). Thanks for your input.

I had some at a cigar event several months ago; they were pretty decnt for the price. I only had the naturals (no maduros at the event).

JL Salazars are fantastic... they smoke like a $9 or $10 stick but are real cheap. **shhhhh!** They're a very well kept secret

The Cupidos from the Cuban Crafters line have proven to be the best bang for the buck IMHO. I did a large series of reviews a whileback on $5 or less cigars (Poor man's cigar review), and this one scored pretty high. Better than that though, the Tatuaje P Series, the Benchmade, and Quintero (the NC marca I mean).

Don Kiki Browns - any size will work for sure, great blend.

Cuban Crafters Cabinet - rich, leathery, chocolate-y spice abound in this blend.

Kiki's smokes may not burn the best, but the draw and flavor at least on those two blends have always been right on.

I'm a big fan of the Cuban Crafters Cabinet Selection Maduro Robustos. Regular price is about $3/stick, on sale you can nail 'em for about $2-2.50@. Never had the Arte Cubanos, though, so can't comment.

I've enjoyed the Cuban Crafters Medina 1959 Miami Edition, JL Salazar y Hermanos and the Cuban Crafters Cubano Claro.

I've heard the Don Kiki White labels are good as well. They are a limited release and not always in stock.

I've had a couple, forget which ones, but enjoyable smokes. My favorite bargain smoke right now is the JdN Fuerte from cigars international.

I haven't had any yet, but just ordered their 12 pack sampler. It's on page 2 of their newest catalog. 12 different cigars for just $24.99. This is exactly the type of sampler I've been looking for from them, so I can try their brands without risk. Included are 3 different Don Kikis and 2 types of JL Salazar, among others.

I was gifted one of these:
http://www.cubancrafters.com/products.php/item_id/2687. The person who gave it to me would not tell me what it was until after I smoked it and asked me to give my opinion on it.
I really liked it. Started out with a nice bit od spice and mellowed off about an inch or more into it and finished off quite nicely for an unbanded bundle stick. Deffinately on my "to buy" list for 2010.
