No longer a box virgin
Well, I've been enjoying cigars for about 2 years I think. I have a Diamond Crown 100 count desktop humidor that has kept me in check and helped me manage my purchases. JE3146 has always told me I should get a cooler, a Vino or have a cooled Aristocrat made (a dream of mine) but I've resisted.
Anywho......today my first box purchase came in. There aren't a ton of cigars in the box but as I've said before....I refuse to potentially risk my health on anything but a great stick. I look forward to trying one of these! Thanks for letting me share this with you all. Brad |

Re: No longer a box virgin
What a coincidence. Today arrived the first full box of cigars that I have purchased for myself. I've gone half on a box with Tanith before, but today I got my first own full box.

Looks like a great first box, enjoy.
Careful where you place your next step, your dangerously close to falling down the slope.

Re: No longer a box virgin
Nice man!! Haven't pulled the trigger on a box yet myself either. Been smoking just over 2 years. Been looking at a couple lately. When I finally do it will probably be something like some San Cristobals or Rocky Patel Vintage 90 or 92's.

Re: No longer a box virgin
Congrats! I know the joy. I just pulled the trigger on my first box this weekend. The Monster Cain Maduro deal got me.

Yep, my dad always told me that rich girls kiss just the same as poor ones (and have the same parts) so why not go for the good stuff in cigars too.
I was wondering if these should sit for a bit after coming through the mail. |
