Saw this today...I already bought my tickets to the shows that were on sale so I could not benifit. It is for open air arenas and only the lawn tickets are 2 for 1.

Once you goto live nation click the 2 for 1 banner and it will list available locations, click your location and you will see the concerts with the specials. There were about 5 concerts in Phoenix that had tickets at a discount.
