A good day
I have my oldest cutting the grass. Oh, how I have been waiting for this time. A drink in one hand and a smoke in the other, watching someone else do the yard work.
Now how many more times will he ask to do it

When I was growing up my parents had a maid, gardener, and a guy who split and stacked our fire wood. His name was Darrell and apparently he worked for "free". |

The kid gets paid room and board same as I did in the '50's and '60's. Parents have kids in order to get free labor.
