Awesome! The Best I've Ever Felt Was My Freshman Year In College When I Hit The Weights 3X/Week For 1H/Day. Need To Get Back Into It. Keep Up The Good Work, Brother; You'll Be At 220 In No Time!

thanks fellahs... im learning that its not about putting up crazy gym numbers, but just being consistent and having a routine... disclaimer, since i had alot of arm skin, i do doubles of biceps and triceps a week, lol.. it has filled the skin in nicely. hehe

i was shooting for a bunch of different goals.. 250, 240, 220.. now who knows lol.. but i dont want to lose much more. i dont want to be a wimp, lol
