It was part of my haul today. Sure it's not that big of a deal.

Hmm learn something new every day. Never heard of Applejack before. Thanks for the link. Still looks like a bottle of whiskey though.

Picked up a six pack of this last night.

One of my new favorite beers! Thick, malty, smoke flavors are crazy in it. The finish gave me a flashback of my old friends basement with the wood burning furnace going. It's very unique beer that I can't compare it to anything I have ever had.

If you enjoy thick malty beer with a bourbon taste I would highly recommend this.

i wasn't as impressed with the 120 min as i thought i'd be. i'll stick to the 90 and 60 min.

anyone on the west coast want to do some trading? i'm really into IPA's and DIPAS and Stouts and there is a lot i can't get here being in FL.

Had to do it, Made a stop up in Burnsville MN and had to make it worth it.. now WHAT do i drink!?!?!?!
(looking at that Breakfast stout, actually have a bottle slightly warming but if there is one that would suit a night relaxing beer that can be slightly colder Let me know ASAP )

Founders:Breakfast Stout/Backwoods Bastard
Surly: Furious/Coffee Bender
Sierra Nevada007 Big Foot
Avery: Czar 2009
Weihenstephaner: HefeWeissbier
Sprecher: Black Bavarian Lager

All in all this is my first "REAL" Beer haul and surely not my last, Now I can get up there with the rest of the big dogs around here
-Sigh.. another month eating Top Ramen, But well worth it

Have yet to crack one.. What are your thoughts on it? Looks like a ideal beer to :set and forget: for a few years... Not sure if I have the best set up though, if anything I may leave one in my fridge for.. well... as Long as I am able too because when it gets summer time.. my house will be a little Warmer than 50-55*

It's a great beer. It's also seasonal and it's done for now until December. I got about 3 more places to check tomorrow. If not I got a four pack to last me for a bit.

Wow! did not know that, well damn I will have to snag another 4 pack if I get the chance, When is there going to be a Midwest Beer/herf? Alot of great beer geeks up here that would probably be a great addition to any pub or shack for a smoke and a few quality brews
