Have yet to crack one.. What are your thoughts on it? Looks like a ideal beer to :set and forget: for a few years... Not sure if I have the best set up though, if anything I may leave one in my fridge for.. well... as Long as I am able too because when it gets summer time.. my house will be a little Warmer than 50-55*
