Unless you find them grossly offensive, usually they're not very problematic unless you crush a few.
We have them all over in Louisiana, and I rarely smell them. Edit: You have a slightly different variety than we have here. I found this when looking around: http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsh...ated-stink-bug Seems to have some advice for combating them.
