Just so everyone knows, the Korengal Valley in Afghanistan is considered the deadliest place in Afghansitan per square mile. The Soldiers nickname for the Korengal is "Death Valley." We are still fighting in the Korengal and the documentary RESTREPO is look into its nasty area.

Just finished a book about the valley and outpost Restrepo (think they made a documentary too - havent seen it).

I am in awe of what our fighting men and women do - just so I can sleep safely in my bed at night.

I will never be able to show enough thanks for everything our soldiers do to protect this country. You guys are all fantastic! And to have someone get this honor is truely amazing. Congrats!
