Potato pancakes

I just had these at a german restaurant a week ago. They were actually pretty good. This one will be tried for sure

My dad made the best Potato Scones (Scottish) Nothing but mashed potatoes and flour made into a dough and flattened, fried and smothered in butter, salt and pepper (maybe cheese whiz)
Aw crap, getting hungry.................
