So jealous of _any_ Man Cave... I'm trying to convince my wife to let me use MY SIDE of the garage...

Thats the best part, I live by myself. I am building it for future purpose. If and when someone does move in with me it is already there. It also gives me a second place at home (besides the porch) to smoke.
