"A good price" is very subjective.

For instance, I know you said you don't want folding ones, but the Xikar Multi-Tool I just bought for 39 bucks seems a very good price to me.

Something under $50 would be my price range.

A friend has a Davidoff scissors for like $400+ and I do not see a difference between a lessor pair and hers. That is why I don't think it has to be so fancy, but I plan to keep on top of cabinet and did not want a folding one. I would go for the Swiss Army or Porsche Design multi pocket knife for travel.
