This works for me. My neighbors pick up my router more than 125 yards away. This is not a noisy area though.

Hey! Have you tried different channels? Check you manual for setting this. You may be just clashing with a neighbor's router.

could be, Steve, if everyone is fighting for space on 2,4, and six, bump yours to nine.
Do you have a network scanner widget to find out where everyone is?

Does comcast run coaxial cable to the router like cox...

Coax goes to the modem, then wire to router.
