Anyone been?

Every time I see pictures from one of those festivals, I think, "Man, it might be cool to hear some of those bands, but is there any way I could do it without being pressed up against tens of thousands of dirty hippies?"

I went to the first 3 Bonnaroo's. Haven't been in many moons. Take the amount of water you plan on bringing and quadruple it. Bring something to make shade at camp. Wear good shoes (you will walk miles). Bring baby powder (I got chapped in some very unusual places). There's always some unscheduled music going on late night in the area that has the 3 tent stages. Beware the cute chicks with fairy wings, they will cover you in glitter.

I'm hoping I can see Bonnaroo and Coachella. I hear it's a music festival you gotta attend at least 1 time.

I think there were girls named Bonnaroo and Coachella at the Spearmint Rhino.
